How to make your shoes fit perfectly

How to make your shoes fit perfectly

Ok for all of you who have a closet of shoes that you just don't wear, well NO MORE. Shoes are something that we have to wear and usually for longer than an hour or two, so i have the solution to make them wearable and comfortable.

Things You'll Need:

A day or two

patience

some great shoes

Step
1

So lets pull out all of the shoes that we ignore. Lets go through them and decide which ones we still like and will wear.

Step
2

Now lets decide what is wrong with the ones we are saving. Are they too tight, too loose, do you walk out of them, or are they sooo cute but they just aren't comfortable?

Step
3

Now lets get started on the ones that are too tight. Where are they tight, at the toe box, in the heel, or all around? There are shoe stretchers available at Target and other similar stores for about $6.00 for one and they are a life savor. They come with faux bunion stretchers (which stretches around problem areas of your foot). If the shoes are leather, place the stretcher in the shoe and open the stretcher until you feel some pressure not too much. Leave it for about a day and take them off and wear them for at least an hour to see if you need to repeat the process.

Now if the heels is too tight you can sit in front of the TV (or anywhere that is comfortable) and push the seam in the back of the shoe repeatedly...this breaks in the seam, which usually causes the shoe to rub the heel. This is only one reason that we get blisters on the heels of our feet...the other is because the shoe is too big and the constant rubbing of the heel causes blisters.

Step

If the shoes are too big anywhere...invest in foot pedals. They will make those cute shoes workable. They have some that go at the back of the heel and some that go at the ball of your foot. Now once they are in don't try to take them out...leave them in. Now if your shoes are just uncomfortable, Dr. Scholl's makes an insert that will add cushion and some arch support. They also slip in and out of each pair so just invest in one or two pairs. That should do it. GOOD LUCK!!!
